The Social Directors Knowledge Center is designed for chairpersons, directors, and CEOs of social organizations who seek to enhance their expertise and leadership skills. It provides professional development and self-learning resources to support directors throughout their journey, empowering them to create meaningful impact in social services and drive social resilience.

The center is part of a broader initiative led by JDC-Elka to strengthen the governance of social organizations (NGOs and public benefit companies). Guided by a steering committee of senior executives serving as directors in social organizations, the center develops strategic knowledge and makes essential services accessible to social boards.
